Business Data Systems Analyst

RK Technologies Inc., headquartered in Jefferson Hills, PA, has a work-at-home Business Data Systems Analyst position (with the ability to telecommute with appropriate telecommuting systems; the remote worksite must be within commuting distance of Jefferson Hills, PA for weekly trips to the company’s Jefferson Hills, PA office) to serve as the primary technical professional, responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing data operations across 14 Domino’s franchise locations. Specific duties include: (i) support company leadership in making evidence-based operational decisions by developing digital reporting systems, ensuring data integrity, and improving performance across all stores; (ii) design and maintain centralized business-intelligence dashboards to visualize sales, labor costs, delivery KPIs, and store performance; (iii) build and manage automated ETL pipelines that consolidate daily transactional data from POS, CRM, inventory, and HR systems; (iv) conduct statistical and operational analyses using analytical tools such as Excel, Python, and R to produce management reports and forecasts; (v) implement data-validation, governance, and security standards for corporate-level reporting compliance; (vi) collaborate directly with franchise owners and U.S. corporate partners to translate business needs into data models and actionable insights; (vii) identify performance anomalies, recommend process improvements, and support predictive planning for staffing and logistics; and (viii) maintain comprehensive documentation of analytics processes and train store managers in data interpretation and reporting usage.

This is a work-at-home position (with the ability to telecommute with appropriate telecommuting systems; the remote worksite must be within commuting distance of Jefferson Hills, PA for weekly trips to the company’s Jefferson Hills, PA office).

Must possess a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in computer science, software engineering, information systems management, or a directly related field, plus two (2) years of experience in a data analysis role.

Must also have two (2) years of experience (experience can be concurrent) with each of the following: (i) business intelligence; (ii) KPI reporting; (iii) data processing and visualization; (iv) statistical analysis; and (v) integration of multi-source business systems in a retail or service environment.

Must know (from any completed university-level courses, seminars, workshops, or real-world hands-on experience): (i) data-driven reporting tools (including Power BI and Tableau); (ii) Excel, SQL, and basic programming for automation; and (iii) database structures, POS data, and performance analytics.
